Join Lincolnshire based graphic novelist, Dr Nicola Streeten, to transform your very own family stories in to entertaining comics. Explore Nicola’s own family comic, Liquorice, and be inspired to produce a unique and entertaining family publication that you can continue at home. Nicola will guide you through all the essential steps

Nicola has worked nationally and internationally in a wide range of contexts and with a diverse variety of people. All this is done through a feminist lens. Her graphic memoir ‘Billy, Me & You’ is the first long-form graphic memoir by a British woman to have been published and received Highly Commended in the Popular Medicine category of the 2012 British Medical Association Medical Book Awards.
