Kids Club: Who am I?
Saturday 1 June, 10am – 12 noon
Join us to make your very own zine, inspired by our There’s No Place Like Home: Justice, Migration & the Arts programme and photography exhibition by Hoda Afshar. Zines are self-published DIY magazines or booklets, the content covered is limitless, including personal narrative, drawings and doodles, collages or fun facts. Share what makes you, you.
This workshop will be led by Lou V, a zinester and writer, who was born and bred in Lincoln. Having written personal zines called perzines for almost 10 years, she is also the sole organiser of the annual Lincoln Zine Fest, a celebration of DIY culture and zines, with 2019 being the 4th year of the fest.
